When You Run Out of Strength
Guest post by senior Alex Seago
As a college student, I've had my fair share of experiences where I've felt so exhausted by the end of the day that I didn't know if I could make it to the end of the semester.
From projects to tests to papers, the never-ending stream of work just overwhelms, especially after midterms.
The work takes longer to do, the naps get more frequent, and the stress piles up until one night... I just lose it.
I know this has to have happened to some of you.
But while you're in the midst of what seems like the worst semester you’ve had yet, just remember this thought: you are here!
God has brought you through the most difficult parts of the semester so far, and He has brought you to where you are right now!
The next time you feel so overwhelmed you just don’t think you can make it to the next day, just remember to stop and thank God for bringing you to where you are right now.
Ask Him to give you that last bit of strength to make it through to the end.
God wants you to succeed.
He will not let you fail.11
