The Light at the End of the Midterms
Midterms are over! As the caffeine wears off, we begin to feel a weariness that all that cramming for exams has worked upon us. We need sleep and a rest that only spiritual refreshment can provide.
The solution: Bible Conference! Over the next few days, we will be able take a break from classes and listen as men of God share with us. During this conference we will be hearing from Dr. Clyde Box, Dr. Marc Monte, and Dr. Johnny Pope.
I'm really looking forward to the break from classes. Bible Conference is a great time when we can relax and learn much from the Word of God. In three days, we will be able to hear over 10 messages!
To all those back home: I wish you were here with us!
To all those with me here at college: Let's think of Bible Conference as more than a required activity. After college life, we get into the workplace. In any workplace, we will spend our time pouring into others. Bible Conference is a time we can benefit from others pouring into us. We may never have so much time to spend gaining understanding of God's Word. Let's make the most of this Bible Conference!
