Give God Your Time
As I mentioned in one of my earlier posts, one of the most important things we can do in life is give God our time. I know that's not the easiest thing to do. College life is busy. We all have tons of things we're doing, both academic and extracurricular. But if we can give God just a little bit of our busy week, I'm sure we'll be amazed by what He can do with it!
One of my favorite things about PCC is the many opportunities that there are to be involved in Christian service. In total, we have over 70 different ministries that reach out to the Pensacola community in many different ways. There're Bible Clubs and there's Deaf Visitation. There's Miracle League and there's Boys Base. There're both Nursing Home and Door to Door visitations, and many other ministries, too! And in every one of them, Christ's name is being exalted and His saving grace is being shared to all those who do not yet believe!
With so many different opportunities to serve, I'm sure you can find at least one ministry that can fit your personality and schedule. They aren't lengthy either; merely an hour or two of your weekend. But the impact they make upon eternity — unmeasurable. So why not be a part of God's Great Commission right now? All you have to do is say yes!
