When the Unexpected Happened
A couple weeks into this spring semester, the unexpected happened when I lost my grandfather back home. That was the last thing I expected to start my final semester of college with.
Looking back, I can say I am so thankful for my teachers, the Campus Church, supervisors, and friends that showered concern and genuine love on me and my sisters and cousins during that time. From sympathy notes, e-mails, and simple words like “I’m praying for you,” we felt strengthened and uplifted during that hard time.
Just the other day, my sister received an email from her teacher saying that she was still praying for our family even after many weeks have passed. Even when the unexpected happened, Christ showed His love to me and my family using amazing people from PCC.
