Taking a Break for Baseball

It’s spring, which means one thing: BASEBALL!!! Despite the fact that I’m nearly 750 miles from my home team’s stadium, I still get notifications on my phone every time they play, and I cheer for them from here. While I’m very faithful to my St. Louis Cardinals, I was recently cheering for a different team.

Last Saturday, I got to go to a Pensacola Blue Wahoos baseball game on a dating outing. Although it rained nearly the whole game, I had an extremely fun time with my date, Patrick. I love the overall atmosphere of baseball stadiums, and this was no different. The Wahoos stadium is surrounded by water on three sides, so it’s absolutely beautiful.

I’m so glad I had the opportunity to take a break from classes and projects to attend this dating outing and get outside to enjoy spring.
