Allow me to ask a rhetorical question. How long do you brush your teeth? (I say rhetorical because I don't actually want to know.) In my case, I spend roughly two minutes brushing my teeth, and I brush my teeth roughly twice a day. I mean... I don’t brush them roughly. I brush them roughly twice. I brush them gently roughly twice a day.
If you add that up, 7 days a week, roughly four a minutes a day of brushing roughly twice, you spend about half an hour in front of the mirror a week with your tooth brush. Roughly.
Here’s a quick time management tip: use the time wisely! What could you quickly review while you’re brushing? I’ve used a dry erase marker on the mirror to write down everything from Spanish vocabulary and History timelines to definitions and Bible verses. Believe me, just a little bit of effort can go a long way! So say goodbye to cramming for quizzes in the elevator and cutting short your beauty sleep for that inevitable morning exam.
