For the last couple years, we have had several of our students prepare a testimony which we sent to folks via e-mail. These e-mails offered readers a glimpse of collegiate life at Pensacola Christian College from a current student’s perspective. Students shared many personal stories from pie eating contests to writing portfolios to missions trips to lessons learned from their Bible classes. Each student’s e-mail was very well received and I believe a help to those considering PCC. In fact we decided to expand upon that idea and start a blog, so that more people could read about what God is doing in the lives of our faculty and students.
As I understand, blogs are a great means of casual communication. It is our goal to provide such a blog that gives a personal picture of PCC for interested students but also has some informative articles for parents. Even some of our faculty will help by writing posts. I may even post from time to time.
In the near future, we will begin adding new posts from some of our students, faculty, and administration. We will probably start small, a couple posts a month, but we may increase that frequency down the road.
This Campus Post blog will be a great opportunity for you to learn more about PCC and prayerfully be an encouragement to you.
